In compliance with Law 2/2023, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, we inform you that a space has been enabled on the College's website for the complaints channel. It is a tool that allows you to communicate, confidentially and through a simple form, those potentially irregular activities and behaviors that may involve a breach of the Code of Ethics and/or the possible commission of a criminal offense.

The internal information system allows you to report an infraction in accordance with Law 2/2023. If you wish, you can communicate anonymously. 

Therefore, it is not a channel for complaints or suggestions.. For complaints or suggestions, please use the Complaints, Suggestions and Congratulations Box that the San Gabriel Educational Center has established for this purpose. Any other communications, information, complaints or suggestions outside the scope established in the previous paragraph (art. 2 Law 2/2023) will be rejected and both they and their senders will be outside the scope of protection provided by the aforementioned standard.

Any person who carries out an action that represents an effective limitation of the rights and guarantees provided for in this law, introduced through contracts or agreements at an individual or collective level and in general any attempt or effective action to hinder the presentation of communications or prevent , frustrate or slow down its monitoring, including the provision of false information or documentation by those required to do so, will be subject to the procedures and disciplinary sanctions that correspond in accordance with the labor legislation in force at all times and the collective agreement that results from application.

This channel and the regulations that regulate it are mandatory for all people who make up the governing and management bodies of the Center, as well as for those who work there. At the same time, they establish a right, in the form of a communication channel, for all members of the Educational Community who are of legal age.

This channel will be enabled only for those complaints that are related to criminal regulations, the Organization, Management and Control Model for the Prevention of Crimes, the Code of Conduct and the Safe Environment, not for those actions of another nature, especially educational ones that They have their own procedures.
